Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. There is one email address instead.
The address
That is a plain mailto link: following it opens whatever mail program your computer uses, with nothing sent to this website. You can also copy the address and write from anywhere you like, including an address that does not identify you.
Who you are writing to
- Publisher
- indefinido trade s.r.o.
- Registered address
- Křižovnická 86/6, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic
- Company registration number
- 03663027
- info@faintnode.online
What to include
- For a correction: the page address and the sentence you think is wrong. If you have a source, include it — that is the fastest route to a fix.
- For a question about the course: the step number and what you were trying to do when it stopped making sense.
- For a privacy request: put Privacy request in the subject line, so it is handled under the process described in the Privacy Policy.
- For anything about the funding of this site: the Affiliate Disclosure page may already answer it, but write if it does not.
What happens to your message
It is read by a person at indefinido trade s.r.o. and kept in the mailbox while the conversation is open and for 24 months after the last message in it, unless it is needed for a legal claim. It is not added to any list, because there is no list. Nothing you write is published, shared or used for marketing. Anything you send that is not needed in order to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so.
How long a reply takes
Most messages get an answer within a few working days. Privacy requests and complaints are answered within 30 days, which is the commitment made in the Privacy Policy. If a correction turns out to be right, the page is amended and the review date in the footer is updated.
What this address is not for
We cannot help with an account, a payment, a refund or a technical fault in any game, because we have no relationship with any game publisher beyond the affiliate arrangement described on the funding page and no access to anything of yours. Those go to the publisher's own support channel. Step 5 of the course sets out that route and the Australian bodies that come after it.
Postal address
Written correspondence can be sent to the registered address above: indefinido trade s.r.o., Křižovnická 86/6, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. Email is considerably faster.
